Please be advised that we will be performing scheduled infrastructure maintenance to the United States region(s), Production environment.
Expected Impact: The Cloud services will be intermittently unavailable. The primary services affected are Cloud-based Engagement Solutions and Cloud Platform.
The scheduled time of the maintenance window is a consolidated time of all the servers in the United States region(s), hence it will not be a complete service outage for the entire time for the regions.
