Please note that we will be performing a scheduled maintenance to the Caseware SmartSync Cloud Service in the Canada and United States region(s), Production Environment.
Expected Impact: SmartSync Cloud services will be affected during the maintenance window.
Action Required: We recommend that you save your work prior to the start of the maintenance period.
Frequency notice: A maintenance notice will be posted each day this week. This does not mean your firm is affected every night. Each firm will experience at most one period of reduced availability - on the single night its server is scheduled. No firm will be impacted more than once during this maintenance week.
