We will be performing scheduled maintenance to upgrade CaseWare Cloud Service to Cloud 32.1 through a patch for region Asia Pacific.

System(s) Affected: There will be a staged roll-out of this upgrade. Affected customers have been notified separately.

Expected Impact: The total maintenance of 3 hours is collectively for all servers in the region. For an individual firm, CaseWare Cloud will be unavailable only for a short period of time between 3 to 15 mins only.

Action Required: We recommend that you save your work and log out of CaseWare Cloud prior to the start of the maintenance period. If you are on Working Papers 2019 and higher, you can continue to work on your files offline. Earlier versions of Working Papers using Cloud security will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
