We will be performing maintenance on SmartSync Cloud Service for our United Kingdom 1/2/3 servers which services the UK, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland.

Expected Impact: SmartSync Cloud Service will be unavailable during the upgrade window. All other CaseWare Cloud services will be intermittently unavailable.

Action Required: We recommend that you save your work and log out of CaseWare Cloud prior to the start of the maintenance period. If you are using Working Papers SmartSync, you can continue to work on your files offline.
